Kaia Creative is a Vancouver-based interior design studio with a global outlook and a highly collaborative approach. Our work spans private residences, multi-family developments and cultural projects. Each one shaped by the distinct ways our clients live and connect with their environments.
Our design language is defined by thoughtful materiality, considered detailing, and a balance of qualities. It is contemporary yet inviting, restrained yet expressive, functional yet beautiful. We see each project as an opportunity to create spaces that serve daily life while offering a sense of enduring character.

Alexis Rule
Principal
Alexis grew up in a design-focused family, developing an early eye for craftsmanship, furnishings, textiles, and art. Over her career, she has managed multi-family residential and designed custom private homes, earning the trust of leading Vancouver design firms, developers, and private clients.
With firsthand experience renovating and building homes for her own family, including two energetic young children, Alexis understands how to create inspiring interiors that balance beauty, function, and the realities of everyday life.
Livia Chou
Principal
Livia’s design approach blends creativity with technical expertise, shaped by her studies in Industrial Design at Emily Carr University and Interior Design at BCIT. She began her career with a leading multi-family housing developer, managing complex projects in fast-paced environments.
Seeking a more personalized approach, she joined an award-winning boutique studio specializing in custom private residences. Travel continues to inspire her work, with the colors, textures, and rhythms of different cultures influencing her ability to create spaces that unique, thoughtful, and deeply connected to the people who live in it.
EUNICE KIM
Designer & Project Co-Ordinator
Eunice has over a decade of experience in luxury residential, hospitality, and cultural projects, collaborating with renowned architects and designers worldwide. Holding a Master’s degree in Interior Design from Yonsei University, she has led projects ranging from private homes to hotel restaurants and flagship retail spaces. Her expertise includes concept development, FF&E sourcing, budget management, and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams. Outside of work, she enjoys golfing, skiing with her children and exploring new design tools.
CHRISTINE FANN
Senior Designer
Christine brings over six years of experience designing interiors for residential, senior living, and hospitality spaces. With formal training from BCIT and UBC, she has contributed to award-winning studios and led projects from concept through completion — including multi-phase hotel remodels and custom home renovations. Known for her eye for detail and collaborative approach, Christine blends technical precision with a focus on comfort and functionality, creating spaces that are both beautiful and livable. Outside of work, she enjoys travel, cycling, golf, and the art of organizing.
