OUR WORK

This project is part of a multi-phased master plan community located in Tsawwassen, BC. The development features a diverse range of housing typologies, including duplex townhomes, single-family residences, and low-rise apartments. Our design team was engaged to create the interiors of the duplex homes as well as the display suite for a completed duplex.

The interior design vision is rooted in appealing to young families seeking a balance of warmth, comfort, and individuality. Soft, natural finishes and layered textures bring an inviting atmosphere to each space, while curated eclectic elements add a sense of character and playfulness.

Through thoughtful materiality and a warm, eclectic design approach, the interiors reflect a contemporary yet approachable lifestyle, tailored to resonate with young families and enhance the livability of the community.
