OUR WORK

FALSE CREEK PENTHOUSE

This bachelor pad follows a minimalistic design approach, defined by clean lines and a neutral palette. To achieve the client’s desire for a concrete floor aesthetic, we specified large-format concrete-look porcelain tiles, offering the visual effect of polished concrete with greater durability and ease of maintenance. Matte black fixtures and natural wood accents add texture and warmth, while millwork wall paneling and wall coverings introduce depth and richness to the space. Simple, functional furnishings and discreet storage maintain an uncluttered feel, with ambient lighting softening the space and highlighting architectural details.

The entry was designed as a defined transition, with dark wood wall paneling creating a moody, tunnel-like passage that guides the eye toward expansive city views framed as the focal point.

The client envisioned a hidden bar, realized through seamless millwork with pocket doors that slide into the cabinetry, concealed when not in use, yet functional and engaging when revealed.

When closed, the design preserves the clean, streamlined aesthetic; when open, it reveals a functional and engaging feature that adds depth and surprise.
